Live-In Companion Care


Shadai Home Health Services offers “round the clock” comprehensive Live -In Companion care for older adults and people with disabilities to achieve emotional support, socialization and assistance with daily household tasks.

Types of Care provided by Live-In Caregivers:

  • Assistance with daily household tasks (cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.)
  • Help with maintaining medication schedules
  • Transportation within the community
  • Personal care (bathing, dressing, incontinence care, etc.)
  • Socialization and Recreational opportunities

How is Live-In Companion care Funded?

The most part of payment for live in care comes out-of-pocket. In many states there are Medicaid programs that provide financial assistance can be used to pay for a live-in caregiver. Assistance is most likely to be provided through "consumer directed HCBS waivers" and Veterans' Assistance.
